Caribe Builders is proudly owned and operated by Jim and Sherri Kadryna. With over 35 years of experience in the construction industry, Jim has built a reputation for quality craftsmanship and hands-on expertise, working throughout the United States and eventually expanding to Belize after he and Sherri fell in love with the island during their honeymoon.
Sherri, formerly a full-time physical therapist, now plays an essential role in business operations and oversees rental management for South Beach Properties. Together, they have designed and built their company with integrity, dedication, and a trusted team that feels like family — delivering projects with care, precision, and pride.
